Kimm was a fantastic help through whole home purchase process. She made herself available for showings quickly, pointed out issues on houses that we might not have noticed otherwise, and helped us negotiate a great deal for our family. During the post offer process, there were a few minor bumps in the process to closing. Kimm stayed in close contact and helped me as a first time buyer to put those situations in perspective and not stress as much in the process. Furthermore, she was just a fun person to have as a realtor to work with.

At each step in the whole process, Kim came through with their commitment to excellence. Her negotiation skills were first-rate – she consistently found ways to get us the best deal possible. She also went out of their way to ensure every detail was taken care of – from arranging inspections to researching potential issues with a property.

I was interested in a house I wanted to see, not knowing I would get some much information after one simple call. Kim Hackett was very informative and gave me so much helpful information even after I told her I had a realtor. We was taking like we been knew each other. The way she talks makes you feel comfortable with sharing information with her. She is a woman that’s knows her job and you can tell by a simple conversation! This lady is good!

If I could give Kimm 10+ stars I would. Being a first time home buyer with several previous failed attempts, I was skeptical of starting again. Kimm was professional & very knowledgeable about every aspect of this process. She helped me find the best lenders and was patient as I decided on my home. Ms Kimm Hackett is a sweet woman who is dedicated to her job! I’m at an age in my life that I’m trying to do new things to help myself and she have been helping me learn new things by showing me what to do in order to buy a house! From the start Kimm was exceptional! Whatever way we wanted to turn she was there ! She broke everything down to the tee and made sure that we stayed on the same page . I've worked with Mrs. Kimm as a lending partner to help people make their dreams come true twice now. She is top notch! She was easy to get in touch with, quick to respond, and always looking out for her clients.

I started working with this realtor a year and a half ago. From the time I first talked to her on the phone I could tell I would be closing with her. Once I told her what I was interested in, she stayed on top of new updates that the market had. If there was a home I wanted to view she would quickly get us a viewing date no matter how far out the home was. She informed me what would be a good offer on homes and made sure I was satisfied with any offer. During the closing process she collaborated with everyone to make sure all information was correct before closing. Definitely will be working with her in the future.
